Qt has a new module to make it easier to develop Qt Quick 3D remote user interfaces for ROS2-based robots.

Starting with a URDF file, an initial UI can be generated, can run and connect to the robot immediately, then you can customize further from there to develop a complete "digital twin" or "teach pendant" UI.

Shawn has a wide variety of software and embedded experience, has been developing with Qt since 2004, working at Qt since 2011, and has been the maintainer of Qt Quick and Qt PDF for a few years. He also has a good number of geeky hobbies and open-source projects that take up much of his spare time.
